Woodworking Course at the Swedish International School of Geneva

​We've just finished a two-month woodworking course for the children in the Swedish International School as part of the curriculum at the age of 6-8.

Being the youngest age group we've ever worked with it was a fantastic experience to see how children gained confidence in handling tools, measuring and cutting wood, helping each other and in problem solving. They not only worked on individual take-home projects but finished a collaborative design task too, after which they proudly gave a guided tour to their peers on the last day's exhibition explaining what they built and how.
